Came home from work and our AC fan was not working outside and the house was HOT!! Googled 24 hr service and found Southern Comfort and gave them a call. They were there quickly and diagnosed the problem. They visually showed us the problem and explained how they were going to fix it and even educated us on maintenance and were done in a snap and we were back to cool air in no time. We cannot thank them enough! They were so nice, professional and caring. They will now be our regular AC repair team! I HIGHLY recommend Southern Comfort Heating & Air Conditioning. Call them! I'm very grateful, they came out on a Saturday to diagnose issues with both of our systems, and, when it turned out parts were needed that could not be obtained until supply warehouses opened Monday, they were back first thing Monday morning - and I mean first thing! They showed me evidence of necessity for everything they recommended, were very transparent about costs, and were friendly and polite the whole time. They even gave tips for some things they recommended that they *would* do, but that we could also do ourselves to save on costs. Would definitely recommend!
